Universal Test Platform- UTP-3000 Series
 Inter-Continental Microwave (ICM) offers a Universal Test Platform Model UTP-3000 designed for component and package measurements. The Model UTP-3000B is a highly flexible Test Fixture for measuring capacitance, inductance and impedance with the HP-4194 LCZ-meter.
Insertion loss, return loss and impedance can be measured easily with the HP-4194 Impedance Analyzer by using the appropriate transition assemblies. ICM offers Transition Assemblies for practically any interface, covering DC to 26.5 GHz. Dual transitions are available to measure forward and reverse crosstalk.
The Universal Test Platform provides a test environment which accurately represents the actual application environment. Shielded cable assemblies are included for simple interfacing. Open and short calibrations for the HP4194 can be done with the included Short standard. Multiple Calibration Standards (Thru-Standards, TOSL and TRL / LRM Standards) are available. The Model UTP-3000B Universal Test Platform is also ideal for measurements on an HP54120 Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) and the Scope54 package from North East Systems Associates.
